Meet the Owners

My wife and I were born and raised in North Dakota, and I've have been doing mechanic work since the day I could turn a wrench. I grew up on a family farm of 10,000+ acres, so you could say I've been around the diesel industry my whole life. I graduated from the "ThinkBIG" CAT program in college, and ever since I've been professionally working on diesel engines, from light duty pickups to heavy equipment, and everything in between. My wife and I moved to North Carolina in 2018, and we started Welsh Diesel in the beginning of 2021. What started out as occasional weekend work helping a local fire department had quickly grown to a full-time business. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve eastern NC for all its diesel needs, land and sea. We are a small family ran company, with integrity and quality work above all else.  We hope to have you as a lifelong customer and friend. Have a blessed day.
